Unlike categories, which provide a broad and hierarchical structure, tags offer specific connections across multiple articles. By tagging content, you establish meaningful relationships among diverse articles, enabling readers to explore similar content effortlessly.
Best Practices for Effective Tag Usage​
To optimize the benefits of tags, consider the following best practices:
Be Relevant and General: Keep tags pertinent to multiple articles to ensure their usefulness in connecting readers with related content.
Moderate Tag Quantity: Limit the number of tags to a maximum of 4 per article. Excessive tagging can dilute their impact and reduce their effectiveness.
Ensure Tag Usage: Each tag should link to at least two articles to promote consistency and long-term relevance.
Setting Up Tags​
Setting up tags is a straightforward process. Access the Tags section within your platform and add the desired tags to your collection. When adding tags to individual pieces of content, select from this predefined list.

Note that the Promotions Only option, when selecting tags, associates tags exclusively with promotions and not with interrelated content. It ensures that the promotion does not trigger Related Content.
Conversely, when creating tags for regular content, they signal the presence of Related Content and generate recommendations accordingly.
Leveraging Tags for Content Access​
Internally, the platform employs tags to recommend content to users. When users access content from a specific category, the platform displays other relevant content associated with the same tags, even if it belongs to a different category. This facilitates the discovery of related content that users may not have encountered otherwise.
