SendGrid

SendGrid is an email delivery service that allows you to send customized emails to your users. By integrating SendGrid with your platform, you can change the email address your platform uses to notify people when they create new accounts or reset their passwords, and customize the emails sent.

Account Setup​

  1. Create an account with SendGrid and sign up for one of their plans. The free plan is a good place to start.

  2. Authenticate your domain to increase your email deliverability. You can do this by following the instructions in the SendGrid documentation.

  3. Send a test email to make sure it works.

  4. Create a new API key in Settings -> API Keys. Give it a name and select the permissions you need.

Integration in your Platform Settings​

  1. In your platform's settings, go to the SendGrid section.
  2. Enter the API key you generated from SendGrid.
  3. Specify the email address from which you want your emails to be sent.
